These terms govern your use of the website anushashettydesigns.com (the “Site”), operated by Anusha Shetty Designs Luxury Atelier (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site to learn about our services, view our portfolio, and contact us about an interior design project. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent enquiries;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, our servers, or related infrastructure;
- Use any automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to extract data from the Site beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt;
- Upload or transmit any virus, malware, or other harmful code;
- Use the Site in a way that could damage or impair its availability for other users.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, images, project photographs, videos, logos, brand marks, layout, and design — is the property of Anusha Shetty Designs Luxury Atelier (or our licensors) and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial reference (e.g. saving inspiration to a private folder). You may not republish, repost, copy, or reuse our content — particularly our project photographs — without written permission. To request permission, email marketing@anushashettydesigns.com.
4. Enquiries, consultations, and proposals
Submitting an enquiry through the Site does not create a contractual relationship between us. A binding engagement begins only when both parties sign a written services agreement. Any indicative budgets, timelines, or scope shared before that point are estimates only.
5. Third-party links and content
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, our social-media profiles, partner pages, or referenced resources). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those sites. Linking does not imply endorsement.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components, nor do we warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Site. Project photographs depict completed work for individual clients; your project will be designed bespoke to your home and requirements, and exact reproductions are not guaranteed.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Anusha Shetty Designs Luxury Atelier and its team members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total liability for any direct claim arising from the Site (excluding signed service agreements) is limited to ₹10,000.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these terms.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
