The Uncommon lives up to its name with a calm, sculptural take on contemporary luxury. Its living space is composed with restraint — a clean, framed media wall, a fluted timber ceiling, a single sculptural tree and a mirror-polished stone floor — where the luxury is in the proportion and the quality of every surface rather than in ornament. It is modern luxury interior design at its most considered: confident, uncluttered and timeless. Across the home, Anusha Shetty Designs holds the same editorial discipline, with a material palette of stone, fine veneer and metal and lighting engineered to model the volumes. As a turnkey design-and-build atelier, we took The Uncommon from concept through bespoke fabrication and on-site execution, so the finished home reads as effortless precisely because so much was planned.
