The Regal Reside — A Grand, Theatrical Luxury Home
The Regal Reside is a grand luxury residence with a sense of drama. Its living room sets the tone — a deep, button-tufted velvet sofa anchoring a textured feature wall, framed by cinematic lighting and a dark, enveloping palette that feels both opulent and intimate. It is a home designed to be experienced in the evening, where richness of material and restraint of layout do the work that ornament cannot. Throughout, Anusha Shetty Designs maintains a consistent language of fine stone, timber and metal, with lighting engineered into the architecture from the start. As a turnkey design-and-build atelier, we carried The Regal Reside from concept and drawings through bespoke manufacturing and on-site execution under one roof, so the finished home holds the precision of the original intent.
